Definitions

In this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below. All other terms used but not defined here carry their ordinary plain-English meaning as commonly understood in the context of online gaming and financial services.

Eligibility

Access to and use of lte4d is strictly conditional upon meeting all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and continuously throughout your membership:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. lte4d operates a zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling. Accounts found to belong to individuals under the age of 21 will be suspended immediately, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposited funds will be returned to the verified payment method.
2. Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia or a jurisdiction where access to online gaming platforms of this nature is not expressly prohibited by law. Members accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction do so entirely at their own legal risk, and lte4d accepts no liability arising from such access.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you. If you are acting under guardianship, conservatorship, or any other form of legal supervision that restricts your contractual capacity, you are not eligible to register.
4. Single Account: Each individual may hold only one (1) lte4d Account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, devices, or IP addresses — is a material breach of this Agreement and may result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.
5. Not a Platform Employee: Employees, contractors, directors, officers, or agents of lte4d, and their immediate family members living in the same household, are not eligible to register as Members or participate in promotions.

Account Registration

To access lte4d's full range of services — including the sportsbook, live casino, slot games, online poker, and bingo — you must register a Member Account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to:

• Full legal name as it appears on your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) or valid passport.
• A valid email address that you own and actively monitor.
• A mobile phone number registered in Indonesia.
• Date of birth (day, month, and year).
• Your preferred local bank account or e-wallet details for withdrawal purposes.
• A secure, unique password of your own choosing.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. lte4d will never ask you to share your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity occurring on your Account using your correct login credentials is presumed to be your own activity, and lte4d bears no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access that results from your failure to keep credentials secure.

Account Security

lte4d strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. 2FA adds a secondary verification step upon login, significantly reducing the risk of unauthorised access. Members who enable 2FA and subsequently lose access to their authentication device must contact lte4d support with proof of identity to regain account access. lte4d reserves the right to temporarily freeze an Account if anomalous login behaviour is detected, pending identity confirmation from the Member.

Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information provided at registration and subsequently updated on your Account profile is accurate and truthful. lte4d reserves the right to request documentary proof of any information provided at any time. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information — including but not limited to a false name, age, or address — constitutes an immediate and material breach of this Agreement, entitling lte4d to close your Account and forfeit any associated Balance or Bonus Funds without prior notice.

Identity Verification (KYC)

lte4d operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in compliance with internationally recognised anti-money laundering (AML) standards. All Members must successfully complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal can be processed. lte4d reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at the point of a significant deposit or large single-session win.

Required Documents

• Proof of Identity: A clear, legible, colour scan or photograph of your Indonesian KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk), or a valid international passport if you are a foreign national residing in Indonesia.
• Proof of Payment Method: Where lte4d determines it necessary, confirmation that the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits is registered in your own name (e.g., a screenshot of the registered account name from BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja).
• Additional Documentation: In higher-risk cases or at lte4d's discretion, a selfie photograph holding your identity document, or a short video verification, may be requested.

Standard KYC review is completed within 2 hours of document submission during WIB (Western Indonesia Time, UTC+7) business hours. Complex cases may require up to 24 hours. lte4d will notify you by email upon KYC approval or if additional documentation is required.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits

lte4d accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following verified local payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga (bank transfer), and OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja (e-wallets). All deposits are credited to your unified lte4d Balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

• Minimum deposit via bank transfer: Rp 25.000
• Minimum deposit via e-wallet: Rp 10.000
• lte4d does not impose platform-side deposit fees. Your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges independently.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and will result in immediate refund and potential account review.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are available exclusively to Members who have successfully completed KYC verification and whose Accounts are in good standing. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability. lte4d does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

• Processing time: 5 to 15 minutes for verified accounts during WIB business hours via bank transfer or e-wallet.
• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000
• lte4d imposes no platform-side withdrawal fees for standard withdrawals. Members are responsible for any fees levied by their own bank or e-wallet provider.
• lte4d reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing time by up to 24 hours in exceptional cases.
• Withdrawals of amounts originating from fraudulent deposits, chargebacks, or reversed transactions will be cancelled and the associated Account suspended pending investigation.

Bonuses & Promotions

lte4d offers a range of bonuses, free bet credits, cashback schemes, and seasonal promotions to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms set out in each individual promotion's description page, which form part of this Agreement when accepted by the Member. The following general bonus rules apply to all promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms:

1. Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they become convertible to redeemable Balance. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion's detail page. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in automatic expiry and removal of Bonus Funds from the Account.
2. One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active in a Member's Account at any given time unless lte4d explicitly states otherwise in writing.
3. Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to Members who meet the eligibility criteria stated in each promotion. lte4d reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer from any Member at its sole discretion, including where it reasonably suspects abuse of the promotions system.
4. Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using automated software to fulfil wagering requirements, or exploiting errors in bonus calculations constitutes bonus abuse and is a material breach of this Agreement. lte4d reserves the right to void all winnings derived from abusive bonus activity and to close the Member's Account permanently.
5. Seasonal Promotions: lte4d runs tailored promotions aligned with Indonesian cultural events including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Nyepi. These promotions carry their own validity windows and wagering terms, which are published in advance on the Platform.
6. No Cash Equivalent: Bonus Funds, free bet credits, and promotional rewards have no cash equivalent and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged outside of their intended use on the lte4d Platform.

Betting & Gaming Rules

lte4d provides a broad range of gaming products including sports betting (covering BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Bundesliga, Serie A, Champions League, Piala AFF, and Timnas Indonesia fixtures, as well as badminton, MotoGP, and e-sports markets), live casino (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, and live game-show titles), online slot games, crash games, online poker, and bingo. The following rules apply across all product verticals:

• All bets and game rounds are final once confirmed by the system. Settled transactions cannot be reversed except in cases of verified technical malfunction, which are assessed by lte4d on a case-by-case basis.
• lte4d reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical error, data feed failure, or system fault has materially affected the outcome or odds displayed to the Member at the time of placing the bet.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome or bet settlement, the records held in lte4d's server logs constitute the authoritative record and shall be final.
• Mix parlay (accumulator) bets comprising multiple selections are settled only if all constituent events are determined as valid. If one or more legs of a mix parlay is voided, the bet is re-settled on the remaining valid legs per the standard accumulator rules published on the sportsbook page.
• Voor bola (Asian handicap) markets are governed by the standard Asian handicap settlement rules applicable at the time the market was offered. lte4d publishes detailed handicap settlement rules within the sportsbook section of the Platform.
• All slot games and RNG casino products use certified Random Number Generators audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are available within each game's information panel.
• lte4d reserves the right to suspend, modify, or permanently remove any game, market, or product from the Platform at any time without prior notice. No compensation is payable for the removal of a product that a Member intended to use.

Responsible Gaming

lte4d is committed to ensuring that gaming on the Platform remains an enjoyable, voluntary leisure activity. The Platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools directly accessible from every Member's Account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in IDR to manage your spending.
• Session Time Controls: Configure maximum session durations and receive notifications when time limits are approached.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend access to your Account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days) without permanent closure.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your lte4d Account. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irrevocable for a minimum period of six (6) months.

Intellectual Property

All content on the lte4d Platform — including but not limited to the lte4d brand name, logo, design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of lte4d or its licensed third-party providers. Nothing in this Agreement transfers any intellectual property rights to Members.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform or its content without the prior written consent of lte4d.

Game content, including all slot titles, live casino interfaces, and sportsbook software, is provided under licence from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Pocket Games Soft, and other third-party studios. All respective intellectual property rights remain with those studios and their associated rights holders.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on lte4d and constitute material breaches of this Agreement that may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

1. Registering more than one Account on the Platform (whether in your own name or using a third party's details).
2. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration or KYC process.
3. Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
4. Accessing the Platform using automated bots, scripts, or other software tools designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
5. Colluding with other Members in poker, bingo, or any other multiplayer game format to manipulate outcomes or share winnings unfairly.
6. Deliberately exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or bonus loopholes to generate artificial profits.
7. Depositing funds sourced from criminal activity or using payment methods that are not registered in your own name.
8. Harassing, threatening, or abusing lte4d support staff or other Members via any communication channel.
9. Attempting to circumvent any geolocation, age verification, or responsible gaming restriction implemented by lte4d.
10. Sharing your Account login credentials with any third party, or allowing any third party to operate your Account on your behalf.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lte4d's aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by that Member to the Platform in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

lte4d expressly excludes all liability for:

• Loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses, however arising.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party infrastructure failures, or events outside lte4d's reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, or government-ordered service suspension).
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to a Member's Account where such access results from the Member's failure to maintain secure credentials.
• Accuracy or completeness of odds, statistics, or match-related data displayed on the sportsbook, which are sourced from third-party data providers and may be subject to delays or errors.
• Decisions taken by Members in reliance on promotional content, bonus terms, or other marketing materials that were subsequently amended by lte4d in accordance with the amendments clause of this Agreement.

Nothing in this clause limits lte4d's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by lte4d's negligence, to the extent that such limitation would be unlawful.

Privacy & Data

lte4d collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by Members in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. A full copy of the Privacy Policy is available at /privacy-policy.

lte4d implements industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect Member data, including 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmissions, encrypted at-rest storage for KYC documents, and role-based access controls that restrict employee access to Member data to those with a legitimate operational need. lte4d will never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third-party advertisers. Data is shared with payment processors, KYC verification partners, and fraud detection services only to the extent necessary to operate the Platform.

Amendments

lte4d reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, lte4d will notify registered Members via email at least seven (7) days before the amended terms take effect. The effective date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept any amended terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and withdraw your Balance prior to the effective date. lte4d will not impose any penalty on Members who choose to withdraw their Balance and close their Account in response to an amendment they find unacceptable.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of contract law as applied by lte4d's licensing jurisdiction. lte4d operates as an internationally licensed online gaming platform and does not make representations about the legality of online gaming in any specific jurisdiction from the perspective of the user.

Members access the Platform from Indonesia and other jurisdictions at their own risk and are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform is lawful in their country of residence. lte4d makes no warranty that the services it provides are appropriate or legally available in any particular jurisdiction.

Any dispute between a Member and lte4d that cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal customer support and complaints procedure shall be subject to binding arbitration conducted in accordance with international commercial arbitration rules. Both parties waive the right to bring claims as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative action proceeding.
